Trending @Accenture; Transition from Non-ATCI to ATCI Role

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask on behalf of my friend. He joined Accenture 4 months ago as an Inbound Sales Representative Associate (Non-ATCI). His probation will be ending in January. He is interested in moving to a technical ATCI role.

He is having technical degrees (BCA) and MCA(Currently pursuing)

Could someone guide on:

1. The IJP process for shifting to ATCI roles

2. Whether ServiceNow / Cloud / Testing certifications help

3. Any skill prerequisites he should start working on now

Any guidance or shared experience would be very helpful.
