Toxic work culture has made me resign from Accenture. I'm an ASE with 1.5 years experience. Prior to my notice period I was not given any tasks. But suddenly as soon as my notice period started AM told me I will be bombarded with tasks starting today which they haven't yet. I want to ask for a roll off from the project as there was literally zero work assigned to me. Or directly ask for early release. Also I have pinged my HR but there was no reply from her. These people from my project think that the notice period is the big boss season. For no reason they start drama. Any suggestions on what I should do to get roll off from the project or early release?

Try to take less tasks, just say them you don't have bandwidth and take more time to complete on task or always ping your TL and manager you need some guidance,so eventually they will too work on the same task. Don't say no directly as it will impact your work experience review.

I thought Accenture doesn't put anything in its experience letter

Sorry, What made them toxic acc to you?

Play smart... Keep disturbing all other teammates and the AM himself with questions about the task.. let them think you are dumb.. enjoy your notice period
