He is not allowing me to provide status in client meetings i have informed him multiple times but still not allowing me to provide and upon that he will be taking the status from me just before the client meeting and same he will say as if he have developed or done the work and does highlight me infront of client as well.what should I do how can I handle this situation without escalating to higher level because be have good rapo with higher level and how can I highlight myself infront of clients, any suggestions would be a great help here

Start messaging in common groups
Drop an email to your client highlighting this.. and also cc your DU lead. Accenture policy says that these things will not be tolerated. A similar thing happened with me and I did the same thing the senior was sent to PIP
For any deliverables make a habit to drop an email to the client copying your supervisor, managers etc. So even if the credit is stolen, they will still aware of match winner😁
