I have asked early release as i have joined recently to the project. But sr.manager threatened me that i will give note to hr so that you wont get relieving letter, i can destroy your career like this he told as i am in np now i feel like he will do micromanagement and he told I should not take any leave also. Is it really they can hold reliving letter and i should not take leave in notice period. How to tackle this situation?
Okay, so you don't want to work just because you're in a notice period and you're blaming the manager for being rude? Wow, some guys deserve to be treated like this.
Where did he say he is not going to do his work. He/she said he is looking for early release. Even if he says there are other ways to get the work done rather than speaking such things.
