Hello All I am actually stuck in a situation where my tech manager doesn’t give any importance to any updates which I give him, and when the team meeting happens he is like ohh when are you going to tell me the things you done and since I am a junior nobody trusts me even my SDM also started thinking that he might be not performing well…CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION…i will be so thankful to all of you!!!

Hey, i would suggest start documenting your updates next time you give to your manager, may be over email, saying just for FYI today’s status update, and you should have documented updates for your future safeguards with senior management in case required. Also be vocal and raise your concerns in skip levels or HR FGDs without naming your manager.
