Trending @Accenture; Toxic environment want to ask project release

Working in a toxic environment for more than 18 months, almost everyday is like a hell, politics, partiality, working more than 10-12 hours some days due to work load, I just want to ask project release but having a fear that manager can put me in PIP, because these things happened earlier those who asks project release they are putting them in PIP and terminating, also I do not have good support from HR I recently got that realisation, So Im not getting what to do, in the market no one scheduling a call for 3 months notice period, unable to ask project release unable to switch the company.
