There are some toxic employees working in Accenture who doesn't have technical knowledge but there designation is technical architect. If there will be any issue coming in project instead of solving issues they are blaming developers. If successful done everything they will take all credits even though they know what development has done in the project. They are like news reporter. Collecting all information from developer after that biheart and singing infront of client. What should we do with this kind of persons.

Try to debug the issues with clients in the call with that Architect try as possible to keep clients looped in all the issues and also if you are perfectly sure about the code just ask questions even if you know the answers and they may not and afterwards you can say ohh like and explain it to client which will decrease there value.
