Trending @Accenture; Total CTC after hike/promotion

How we can calculate our total CTC after new Base pay. So let assume someone salary is 10 lakhs and his CTC have 15% variable to total CTC is 11.5 lakhs. But as we know we never get 100% variable pay. Now new Base pay is 12 lakhs and 1 lakhs i got as variable which is 13 lakhs take home CTC and as per 15% 180000 so CTC is 13.8 lakhs. Now tell me which CTC is right to tell to next company HR. Also you have any idea on variable pay percentage for level 9 and 8 and if someone promoted from level 9 ( which have 15%) to level 8 which it change her/his variable percentage also?
