We are asked to come to office, right?
Even for the one day of our presence we have open that shitty acp hoteling tool, where seats are never there. If they didn’t have so much of infrastructure to accommodate us even once a week then why being so reliant on bringing us back.
Also if they are cutting so much cost of infrastructure, are they really low on profits? Coz they didn’t do any hikes this time around.
Idk, even TCS give better hikes than Accenture. We know all policies have some loop holes that HR or Management take benefit of, but in Accenture it seems like they sit everyday and their first discussion is which loop hole to take advantage of this time, so we do not have to give them any hikes, less Variable bonus, lesser promotions (dont get me started on the number of levels they have in their organisation:)) , No wfh allowance ever and no infrastructure.
I visited DDC1 facility recently. It has barely any infrastructure. The canteen in my college looked better than this. WTF is happening :)
Unnecessarily trouble the employees who are sincerely working.
The only advantage with Accenture was WFH. Other than that no hike, no good work culture or WLB. THIS SHIP IS SINKING.

went to DDC1 myself and the canteen there is really not up to the mark. The food is like what you will get in a prison cell. I have no intention of going to the office but hr said it will make me non-compliant and some action will ve taken, although there is no one from my team. 😖
Dont book the seat in DDC1, when it is filled you can go to another place. That email by zurale mentions very specifically, you can book other offices in same state when if your base one is not available.

I went to the office on the 3rd of February, but the seat booking portal wasn't working that day , so I sat at any random place , worked for 9 hours then left the office . Will my attendance be marked?

For 2 years they didn't give enough hike or promotion now it is time for promotion so they are finding reasons so that they can eat our hikes or promotion.
Went to cdc2 with client laptop. A day gone with raising request for wifi and that's all.... that's zero productivity for that day.
