- Tech stacks vary by project. Expect GCP, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Prometheus, and AzureDevops.
- Training is provided, but some prior knowledge helps.
- Learning curve is steep but manageable.
- Work pressure is high.
- Promotions take around 3 years; hikes are inconsistent.
