Trending @Accenture; To all those who have folks reporting to them
- Are you required by management to review each and every work performed by the folks reporting to you ?
- Does the management penalize you for the poor quality of work performed by the folks reporting to you do ?
Both the above are applicable to me and I have been harassed on a regular basis in front of everyone for no fault of mine. Please share your experience.

From my experience, the person who manages people has to be accountable for their team members work. That being said, there is always a professional way to manage. They should not harass you. Instead they should discuss how to get the work done better. Management comes with a responsibility of mentoring. Not just the right to harass. That is a sign of a toxic boss.
Management here believes that performance can be improved by harassment, it happened with others as well, but I have been specifically targeted.

I have also been targeted and it is tough. Figure out how you want to deal with it. I suggest looking for something outside if that's feasible. I decided to move on. My LWD is 1st April.
