Trending @Accenture; Title: Still on Bench – Need Some Clarity !!!
Hey everyone,
I joined Accenture as an ASE (Level 12) on 30th Sept. Stream training got completed and results came in January. I got my bench mail on 18th April, but since then, there’s been no updates or project calls,nothing at all.
It’s been a few months now and I honestly don’t know what to do. Just wanted to ask if anyone else is in the same situation or has any idea what to expect.
Appreciate any help or insight!
1- Keep resume handy in laptop , teams chat, mobile with all stream training details projects etc so you can send asap you get the proj call. 2- keep mycompetancy p3. 3- keep learning training things for interview. 4 - try to stay online/available as much as possible on phone teams. Most of us work in 1- 11 pm shift soo. Leads give pref to available folks and who reply fast. 5- give interview in a peaceful place with no disturbance. 6- most important keep upskilling and apply outsite too.
