Trending @Accenture; tips on dealing with a disrespectful and arrogant kaam chor co worker?

be like him/her, if he/she does something bad and disrespectful do your worse than him/her. Give him/her the taste of their own medicine ☺️

Thanks this really helps! Only challenge I see is I get emotional the moment someone is being arrogant. I need to practice to control emotions and teach him a lesson

have you tried less engagement with him by defining your work boundaries, no interaction after your shift, etc.. If something is still going on after all these measures, i think you should give us more details.

The guy has been disrespectful right from the first few interactions.. haven’t interacted at all just a few work related calls.. I feel he is plain and simple jealous. But yes I need to put him in his place soon.

Buddy document all your work on email and have your lead or manager in CC no one can take credit for your work then. Based on my personal experience. I once used to do all the work a senior analyst used to tell me. Then somehow my lead got to know this and asked me to document everything over mail and ask the senior analyst over mail if this task was assigned by leads by keeping my lead in CC. Later this escalated and my senior analyst colleague was asked to write an apology mail to me and was also removed from project. Always make sure if what ever work you do is either directed by you lead or manager and keep your work done over mail.
