I resigned.. I don't have any expectations from Accenture... Most of the people should get promotion this time.. But the percentage of hike would be less.. Max 25-30% maybe

Switching is the only option. Assume that this company won't increase for next year also and you can easily get 40-50 percent hike outside Accenture if you switch. why waste time on a company who is not valuing you as a resource. If skillset is the issue study after job and then switch but you will not get any growth here. If you are happy with 5-6 percent hike once in every 2 years then you can continue here
