I am new to Accenture and will be submitting timesheet for the first time. As tomorrow is the first fortnight and still haven't received the charge code from my supervisor. Can I still submit the timsheet for the complete month in the second fortnight without losing my salary? Please suggest

I would suggest not to skip the timesheet submission. Submit the timesheet either to the New Hire Orientation code or to Unassigned for now. You can do a PPA(Prior Period Adjustment) in the next cycle. PPAs are allowed for 3 months.
