Trending @Accenture; Time to resign?

No-one from my team is talking about reward decisions at all.

Almost 4 yrs in Accenture, got promoted to L11 in Dec ‘22 and got Just 5% hike in Dec ‘24. Had decided to resign irrespective of new offers. But thought of waiting for this one week to hear outcomes.

What could be the case? I’m not even expecting promotion because I know these people always cry over project budget. But today no one is talking anything about outcomes. Why are they not releasing it yet !!
