Trending @Accenture; Time to leave or time to stay..??
I joined Accenture in Sep 2022, no hikes so far.. I am getting a feeling that there won't be any hikes this July also. The same thing happened in my last two organisations, all my colleagues were given hikes/promotions just after I left.
I have been the best performer in my team and there is so much dependency on me. Should I stay till I get some hike or leave.
What's your opinion guys?? anyone feeling the same?
It's similar story everywhere, service companies doesn't care about performance now, better upskill and switch!
bitter truth.. Sad to digest that both performers and non-performers are treated the same way.. lost all the motivation

I already started to look out, but idk no one ever responds back. Is it me or market situation is down? Guys, Any tips to get more responses. Any help would be helpful
Market situations are not good, everyone is going through cost cutting. Even I did couple of interviews and they are simply giving 22% hike. If you are not getting good hike don’t switch
Given the situation in Accenture if you are getting a good offer outside there is no harm in seeking that. Even if you stay and get promoted you will get a max 30% hike.
Can we expect any hikes this June?
Even if you get it will be less.. by June we have already lost 6 months of pay hike. Your wish to wait or move on.
Better you leave and prepare for next interview and get a raise

If you are getting a good hike outside - like more then 60-80% - better you switch.
my tl didn't got any last year, we won't get any this yeat too, so bro, we r not getting any this july for sure
If better opportunity found better to leave as don't think any hike in coming cycle as well.
Looking at the increasing work pressure of Accenture with no hikes better to leave with a good ctc Outside also they are offering not more than 30-40% but again depends on your choice
