YoE: 1.8 years
TC: 4.2 Fixed + 0.36 variable
I have qualified techleap in December 2023 yet I got my promotion denied. I've been over working, and I honestly cannot at this point with this salary. I will be getting the default promotion this cycle, will there be any chance of negotiations or it will be a fixed increment.
Automation Analsyst CL11 3 YoE 5.5 fixed, 8% var
Average pay I guess
Role: Advanced Application Engineering Analyst YoE: 0.75 (that's 8 months) CTC: 12 (9 base + 1.89 var)
How's the role? What is the future scope/promotions? I am an intern.
It's the same as any tbh. If you've got skills & are able to score a good development project, then you're golden.
I had to protest & dodge a few support projects at the beginning. After that it's been smooth sailing more or less... It has not been a year since my DOJ, so not sure about promotions.
Do not trust the variable pay component amount btw (just saying)
Promotions usually come after 3 yrs for this role (as per the 1st HR presiding over AEH Analyst joiners) Can't really comment unless I get promoted ;)
