Trending @Accenture; This was my first election after joining Accenture, Could not vote this year due to no leave for election even WFH options was not given (option available) it is difficult to work for Accenture for a outstation employee

As an outstation employee voting date was different and when asked for it was denied saying no use of voting

That's against HR guidelines, please speak to your HR representative and get this clarified. You are entitled for the mandatory holiday for voting. Your supervisor should have known better
