My LWD in Accenture is 10th of June. My YOE is 10 years. I got offers from TCS as well as Infosys with CTC of 24 and 25.2 LPA respectively.
At this point of my career, my priority is to keep learning new things with Job security. Which company is best to join?
The project, I will be assigned to in TCS will have C shift and Production Support with nothing new to learn. I heard that Infosys is better in terms of digital transformations and using cutting edge Tech stack.
Vouching for infosys here. I had a fairly short stint there but wish to go back again sometime in future. Got hike and promotion there as well within 1.5 years.
Then go for infosys bro, both companies are safe
It depends on the project which you will join.. but if you know the tcs project has nothing good then join Infosys..
