Buddy all companies do this. Oracle and Adobe have specific recruitment only for girls. Only option for boys is start your own company or go for sex change

Yes, no offense but what about skill, I think IT industry is all about skills, so how can here be discrimination, if they are doing this , they have a preconceivenotion that girls have less skill and brain

This guy is himself saying that the girl deserved promotion and then calling the company dirty. There are constraints and not all deserving candidates can be promoted. So in case someone does get promoted and one candidate doesn't, calling the company dirty is not really understandable.

As a woman I would say because of such policies deserving woman promotions are also looked with the same lens. Me and other guy was up for promotion, I got promoted because he was terrible at people management and always used to shout at his reporting people. Still he started spreading that I got promoted because of diversity. All such discriminations should be removed and only talent and skills should matter.

This is sad but true.. it happened to me this June where leadership thought of promoting a lady to L7.. despite the fact I had more MAL, recommendation from CAL and MDs. The worst part was when my manager told me that despite the fact that I was P1 for promotion to L7...Lady was promoted in the name of D&I.. JFYI ..my manager is person at principal Director position..

My argument for people who says diversity has to be promoted in the org..stop Saying that you promote meritocracy..and start hiring more female..rather than depriving or punishing inpendies..
