Trending @Accenture; Thinking to resign, am in probation.
What will be my notice period ? Will there be negotiations w.r.t. matching the salary? Any tips and suggestions would be helpful.

Don’t think. Resign while you still can. Also salary matching would be done if the next offer is under 30 percent hike. Any existing employee with offer over 30 percent would be rejected for retaining.
I've heard Accenture doesn't negotiate if you wish to resign they're okay getting replacement at higher cost
