When they put you on pip ,l? usually they do either may or November during vp declaration cycle , can you please elaborate, your level as well

Better start looking for job outside and leave once u get or resign and look for job. Make a choice based on the toxicity of ur current team 🫠

Don’t resign voluntarily. Wait for them to offer you a way out. They should pay you severance on the account of doing the same, but it has to be initiated by them.

Don't resign any way if u won't clear pip they will not terminate you instead of ask for self resign on last day of pip or outcome of pip
