My manager said mid cycles are not for hike or promotion, it can only be considered during annual cycle 😂 so it’s highly unlike… you might get bonus though
As few people said can’t roll out possibilities of few promotions here and there

Yeah it is a premature.. Just heard it from our HR lead.. So felt that it might be true.. I would be happy if atleast some of us are getting it.. I know im not.. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
R u sure that there is no hike in june month???....Even I heard the same in my project....leads said that there is no hike...but minimal promotions will be there...they said!!
