Hey folks, Does anyone know for which cycle this ABCD and feedbacks for? Sep or Dec? I saw some posts regarding September appraisal is that true? Also I wanted to ask my manger for release from the current project but I am scared that it will affect my appraisal. My manager has given a positive feed back about me now.
