He already shows favoritism towards Chennai people. He gave me only a 5% hike, saying that I take off every alternate week — even though I’ve taken just 2 sick leaves in the past 3 months. He also said there would be no further hikes because I’m getting promoted in September.

He pointed out that I missed 2 meetings (where I didn’t have any input to provide anyway) and used that as a reason to say my performance is poor.

How do I handle such kinds of people?
