after working all extended hours, supporting team in critical phases, giving all in to make project successful, what we get is 🛎️. No hike this time as well like last 2 years. Not sure what is happening with upper management. it high time to start working on internal politics instead with working on core skills. any suggestions.
I received the same outcome after 2.5 years of being the POC and lead for my accounts. High time I am considering leaving the organisation now
Gender based promotion is also happening, wondering why no one talked about it. Deserved one should get the promotion, not based on gender.
Yes better to leave.. work in another org for 2 years and come back with 3 levels higher than current level than struggle for one level promotion 🤷🏻♀️
