It finally happened. I have resigned. I was having a medical condition since January 2025. I raised 6-7 exceptions, uploading proper documentation, medical prescriptions but it was not getting approved at all. I somehow managed to go to office but then I msgd the workday manager and he asked me to raise a new one. I did the same, again with the medical documents stating less movement and bedrest if possible. That got approved. For 6 weeks. After that i again asked the HR to approve it. She denied. She said no more exceptions. I had the exception balance. But she denied. In my project as well, when I asked the TL to help me with that, he used to say that no worries I'll talk but I guess he never did. One day, I was taken on a call by MD n a senior manager, they started questioning me n even bashed me for having a medical condition and threatened me that we will go and investigate your reports, I said you can do that, it's all real. I asked for one week and said that I'll return to office next week. They talked to my TL on call while keeping me on call conference, that MD bashed even my TL that you have allowed this. TL was fuming as well. I started going to office from next week. But then I got a mail from the HR for a one on one call the next morning. I knew it the moment I received that mail that I had to leave. Next day I got on the call, and she said asked me to resign with that day only as my LWD. and that I'll get my compensation of 3 months. And that there will be no notice period. I said that I had a genuine medical condition but she said that policy comes 1st.

And that day I realised that no-one in the corporate is yours, that day I waited for my teammates and TL to call or msg me but they did not. I sent them a msg on WhatsApp regarding my exit but they left me on seen. That's corporate for you!
