Trending @Accenture; Testing Role to Embedded Role. Requesting Guidance

My friend is currently in a testing role working on the Salesforce tool and manual testing with less than 1 year exp. He is very interested in Embedded roles and wants to find a way to shift to those roles in Accenture. Is it possible? If it is, How can he switch internally?

Switching internally is very tough, first the Salesforce du should agree to release you and then the other domain any of the du should accept you.
There are many things need to happen together for this to happen.

So first would suggest to connect with someone in embedded role and ask if they are ok to have you then ask to roll off from Salesforce domain.
