Trending @Accenture; Terms of employment - probation period

In my terms of employment I was told that I will be on probation for 365 days and during this time my notice period is going to be 1 month. But my probation was confirmed before that without my notice. And now I'm asked to serve a 3 month notice period. What can I do. Can I raise a complaint since my terms of employment are not followed. If so where can I do that.

Ending your probation means you are officially a Full time employee...Which is a good sign. Why to complain something which is positive ?

I'm planning to leave to pursue my master's and I would like to avail the 30 days notice period which we get during probation.

That's a negative for him, he wants to leave and doesn't want to serve 3 months of notice period. He might have a good opportunity outside or won't be having good project here in Accenture

Nope nothing can be done in this case they can end your probation whenever they wish there is no formal communication on that
