Is there some new rule that even mobile recharge claims now need senior manager approval? I’ve been claiming recharges earlier without any issue, but 3 months back I did a ₹1000 recharge for a 3-month plan and now I suddenly get an audit mail asking for business clarification along with senior manager approval.
