Trending @Accenture; Techleap results
I appeared for my techleap school 3 exam in January, and result was supposed to be declared by end of March. But I’ve not still received it. I mailed the LKM team, they are saying that they have the document with them & will release at later of point of time. 😐😐 Did anyone else got his/her results? I was hoping to be promoted in May cycle.
After Q2 Performance I don't think they will promote any Associate to Analyst before MAL of 24months. If they even send the mail. They will write Scope to Develop. It's their tactic to not release numerical scores.
I have lost hope from TechLeap 1 & 2 where I thought 100% that I will pass. But they don't release actual marks.
Some people who got Pass also were not promoted citing Performance not up to the mark issue.
Same thing happened with me in Techleap 1 & 2. I was pretty sure I’d pass the test. But all I got was as scope to develop. 😐
