What is tech leap exam, if you don't mind me asking? What's the purpose of it? Is it something to do with Accenture?!

Techleap exam is for career level 12 people to get early promotion at level 11.

By the time i gave TechLeap, I hadn't completed 6 months in the project. So if i pass that exam, will it be considered for the next promotion cycle?

Is this open for all levels and skills ? What's the pattern of exam ? Exam given at facility coding/subjective programming?

It is for level 12 only. The pattern is 30 MCQs and you need to score 24+.
