Trending @Accenture; Techleap promotion in March happening? As TL told chances are less because of budget issue.

I have cleared techleap exam and my one year is completed in Nov 2024. Also by 1st March 6 months in project Will be completed. Is there any chances of me getting promotion? My people lead told chances are 50-50 as depends on client and budget. But we know promotion Will happen through accenture? what is the probability of me getting promotion FY March 2025? And is my timeline matching with the criteria for promotion?
