I am in career level 12 with AASE role. I had written the techleap exam in Jan,2024 and awaiting the results still. Got a call from my Manager and asked about the Techleap resul(told I am waiting) and manager also informed me that they are planning for my promotion in this cycle. Will I get the promotion in June cycle if I get the Techleap results in April/May ?

If your Manager has submitted the nomination for your Promotion before March 2nd or 3rd week then you can expect your promotion this June, else it will only be in September.. again the point is irrespective of June or September whether the nomination is submitted & approved or not is important to note..
