Trending @Accenture; Techleap Promotion
I cleared my techleap exam in may and I still didn't get promotion in this sept cycle but one of my teammate got through techleap only.
Is there any policy in accenture that once you clear techleap you'll get promotion for sure? If yes, can I expect it in Nov cycle? I'm eligible as per all the criteria now and I've doing well in my project also.
Passing Techleap doesn't guarantee immediate promotion. Promotions depend on various factors like tenure, mandatory courses, and managerial approval. Expecting it in the next cycle? Maybe, but don't hold your breath.
I've completed the mandatory courses already, Tenure wise I'm also eligible, rest depends on manager only. ☹️
Even I cleared techleap and am eligible also completed mandatory courses and also been a part of project ,still have not been promoted on September 1 not till date received any information.
