Trending @Accenture; Techleap promotion

I cleared techleap school 1 in july and they didnt give me promotion then. And again i cleared techleap school 2 in november and was eligible for december cycle promotion. I asked my manager and HR about it and HR said she will check with the team. Till now she didnt give any update and not responding to any of my messages and mails. What can I do now? Is there any support option for this issue?
