Hi, I joined Accenture in November 2024. I completed my training in Mainframe technology and am currently working on a project. Before being assigned to the project, I appeared for the TechLeap exam in AWS Cloud and secured 76%.

Am I eligible for a promotion after 6 months? Is there any possibility or process for the same?
