Trending @Accenture; Techleap doubts😅
Hello guys, I have completed my techleap before Feb 29 and also completed 1 year in Accenture and 6months in project before Feb 29 but failed to complete year 1 of ase advancement program. Will I get promoted in this June cycle.
Note: heard on the workday trick but it got fixed before I have checked so any tricks to try😅
I have completed my techleap exam in July 2023 but not got any fast promotion in December cycle, that time they told me that they were giving preference to those people who had cleared techleap in 1st quarter of 2023. I will be getting chance to get promotion in 1st quarter of 2024, but till now I have not received any updates regarding promotion 🙁.

Hey, So there is a fast track promotion program in Accenture. It has several conditions and if the conditions are fulfilled you will get promoted. Following are the conditions: Need to pass the techleap exam. Need to complete 1 year in Accenture and 6 months in the project. Need to complete year 1 in the Ase professional advancement program. You will receive registration links for techleap through mails. You will have three chances. This is for promotion from level 12 to level 11
year 1 ASE should be completed it’s also one of the main criteria
