I have cleared tech leap school 2 before december itself. But I have not got promoted during last cycle because I have not completed ASE year 1 training that time. Now I have completed ASE year 1 and 2 trainings. Is there any chance to get promoted during this cycle since I have cleared tech leap school 2 and also completed year 1 trainings
