I'm currently at CL11 and eligible for promotion, but I haven't received a hike since September 2022. My recent variable bonus is just 7%. After putting all my hard work. I have tears in my eyes please advice on what to do ?

Same for me!
Got promoted to CL11 in june’22, got hike in dec’22 and since then no promotion no hike and very less bonus

Do not worry brother. We all having similar issue. Develop your skills and move out if you feel you are being treated poorly.
