I am not getting notifications of teams on my mobile due to which my supervisor is becoming toxic now as I am unable to respond to his message on time... I am using oppo A5 ... Anyone faced this please help me
2 ways to solve , stay active on laptop during working hours . Don’t go away , during lunch put status and go outside hours just say my mobile doesn’t support and you don’t pay enough to buy a new phone
I told this to my supervisor then he didn't respond anything after that
Make sure your teams app is running in background as well even if you close it so that you receive notifications, calls and pings....
It also uses location services so make sure you keep it enable all the time. There is nothing much can be done, apart from adding teams in additional devices as well.
So for me I have this configured it in my phone and tablet, so pretty much able to manage
