Looks like Teams and Outlook apps won’t open on Android versions below 14. 😕 Anyone found a workaround for this? My laptop is hardened, so I can’t always connect to the Accenture network while working on client deliverables.”

There is no workaroumd, replace phones. Or just be available on Laptop in working hours. Accenture doesn't demands u to be on phones. Keep available in work hours on laptop and you are good to go.
