At which level you are TL becoz in Accenture level 10 also eligible for TL (level 9 are obviously)

Variable is trap (companies are very smart), even if we switch then no one considers variable component. Therefore, always keep fixed pay in mind.

L9 13 base, we are definitely underpaid. Tried to raise voice against, but get answers like there is no budget 😂🤣
