I came to know from my talent leads that I was tagged as TP in this cycle, on my reward communication he informed me that VP is 15% but hike 0% , he said he was not able to give hike percentage, but I seen other in my project are getting hike with less VP. If any talent leads or hr are present could you please confirm if hikes were not allowed to change by talent /du lead for TP candidate?
