Trending @Accenture; Talent Discussion and hike

I'm new to this! Can someone break down how talent discussions work? How do they decide the budget for hikes and promotions? Is it enough to just show my Team Lead (TL) that I'm performing well? And does good performance always mean a good hike?

1.Your people lead will give your feedback to your Talent Lead. 2.Your Talent Lead will give the same feedback(may be with some extra +ve or -ve remarks, depending upon your reputation and relation and performance and at last dependency in project)

Above 2 points are official.

1.Hike and promotion depends upon market condition,if there is good market outside and you are valuable to project team and Accenture you will get good hike. If market is flat outside,u cant expect much.

2.HR has the list of emloyee as per their analysis like Your YOE and CTC (compared against how much you may get outside) You years of experience at current level i.e TAL Your years of experience at current level in Accenture i.e MAL Officially you need to have MAL of 24 ,but even if you have 18+ (MAL 😅) and are performing well ,have good reputation in project and a good relation with managers (in some cases) You have good chances to get a good hike or promotion or both.

But beleive me or not-majorly it depends how the market is out-is it welcoming or tight.

Hope it helps.
