I want to understand this confusing process of accenture.

Got to know all promotions moved to june cycles and no promotions in nov cycle.

Also as talent discussion is going on. What we have to actually do in these discussions. My pl didn’t ask me to update anything in workday or had any connect till now. He just asked individual progress in email which i shared few days back.

What should i do now? Whom to go and ask.?

Its really confusing and i am really pissed off
