Hi friend , I am working one project ,there is another guy who is senior ,but not doing anything just he shows manager that I am working together ,in every daily connect my manager think he is doing everything,manager assign task to him but that guy comes to me and ask to do ....those thing.. because of that it seems that he is helping me but in real I am working alone even he is not even helping me what to do please help me
In daily connect, you give the updates of the work done by you. And dont give updates to your senior before daily connect call.
For eg: There's a task, your senior asked you to do it. You are working and you successfully accomplished that, now if your senior asks tell him that you are still working and facing some errors.
Now in daily connect you senior will say he need some more time as there's an error, now it's your time to shine. Interrupt the conversation and tell your manager that the error is resolved and it's working as expected.
Now whole team knows that you worked on it and resolved the error which you senior wasn't able to.
