Trending @Accenture; Taking back resignation

I put my papers due to work pressure and toxic environment, I thought of asking project release but I don’t have any hope so that is the reason that I decided to put my papers, now Im in notice period still 30 days left for my LWD. Now Im thinking if I can ask HR that if I can get a project release, I will take my resignation back. Will that work??? Any suggestions???

DON'T DO THAT AT ALL..

Once you have made a decision, stick to it. Taking back ur resignation will only worsen your situation in the project as well as in the organisation. Look for opportunities outside, there are plenty. Better work culture, new experiences, and chance to collaborate with new minds.. Think of ur resignation as an opportunity to excel in ur career and life... ALL THE BEST

Taking resignation back is not in your hand but you can only ask for a possibility with hr and your project manager. It is clearly mentioned in separation policy. Once resigned you lose control over taking back.

Due to my manager’s behaviour and his politics only made me to put papers, how can I go back to him and ask some favour???

Your timing is very poor, in the appraisal cycle notice period people are put on PIP to meet PIP demand and safeguard others.

I would suggest plz confirm with your supervisor before taking it back.

I would suggest connecting with HR and asking if there is a possibility of a project change. If yes, then look for a new project first and only then consider taking back the resignation. I would advise against staying in the same project.

That being said, since you have already put down your papers, I would suggest doubling down on looking for opportunities outside Accenture. It will be better in terms of growth. One month is not a long time, I agree, but since most companies prefer shorter notice periods, you should be getting calls now. It’s hard, I know, but quite possible.

Beware if you take back resignation, prepare for impact !

Raising grievance hardly work in your favour.

I do not want to raise any grievance, I just want to ask HR if I can get project release I would like to continue in Accenture by taking back my resignation.

It won't work that way, I had put and taken it back, you can only take it back if your project wants you back.

You can take your resignation back.. but to accept it or not is completely Accenture's decision (Mostly in your manager's and your project hr's hand... which is good as gone if you are with a toxic environment). Wat did u say ur reason resignation was when you put your paper to the hr?
