Trending @Accenture; Taking a Career Pause – Right Decision or Risky Move?
Thinking about taking a leap… maybe a break, maybe a new chapter. No offer in hand, just a feeling that it's time to pause and reset. Monday might be the day I'll be resigning. Ever felt like stepping away without a concrete plan?

Ya same here. Mostly put notice on Monday. No offers in hand TBH not even trying. Need a break

Felt the same, already put my papers. Feeling relieved now. And I can feel a little bit of my spark and willingness to live coming back. Was feeling dull, out of place, purposeless while being in the job even when it paid okayish and people in the team were good.
My last month would be feb. and I can’t tell you how free(ing) the feeling is

Same guys I'm also exhausted mentally physically drained don't feel like looking for jobs or working anymore

You must be a bachelor or no family responsibility at shoulder or have parents income to run family or so.. otherwise I can't even think of living without salary atleast a month.. Even I felt same like you in many a times, but responsibilities hit like a thunder..

no pls don’t, this year is recession year and difficult for IT, just hold for one more cycle and have more savings, if recession has no effect in India then take a break and if there is a effect anyway you will take break 😂😂. My point is hold on and save more bcoz you never know how long this recession will go. This recession is different from past 2 years believe me

Depends on how other nations react to trumps tarrif regime.

Kudos, Take this challenge head on and conquer it, all the best

Your confidence intrest and hardwork will make right decision every decision need all those things otherwise no decision will be right

If you don’t have any financial commitments, Please go ahead and take a break, but you have to be more disciplined to utilise the time efficiently. Most important is that you need to be consistent in whatever you are planning to do.
